Casa Nalum is available with two distinct service plans so you can choose the level of hospitality that best fits your stay.
Basic Service Plan
Exclusive use of the villa

This plan is ideal if you prefer to handle your own groceries and dining arrangements while still enjoying five-star support and a spotless home each day.
Meal Plan
Everything in the Basic Plan, plus:
Three fresh, chef-prepared meals every day
Table service by a dedicated waiter
Pre-approved, customizable menus (vegan, gluten-free, or other dietary needs welcome)
What’s on the table:
Breakfast:
A buffet of local fruit, granola, a hot main dish, fresh-squeezed orange juice, bread, coffee, and assorted teas.
Lunch: terrace or beach service featuring favorites such as ceviches, chilled soups, and crisp salads.
Dinner: candlelit courses in the dining room—think grilled fish, octopus, flank steak, or plant-based alternatives.
Please note: Alcoholic and soft drinks are not included in either plan.

Menus evolve with the seasons; here’s one evening to whet your appetite:
Wood-Fired Caribbean Lobster, Octopus & Fisherman’s Daily Catch – grilled over hardwood embers, finished with trio of house salsas.
Quinoa, Mango & Black Bean Salad with Toasted Pepita Vinaigrette – baby-spinach base, sweet-savory balance, gentle chipotle heat.
Warm Dark-Chocolate Brownie à la Mode – served with artisan vanilla-bean gelato and a drizzle of local honey.
How to Book
When reserving your dates, simply select “Meal Plan” in the booking engine if you’d like chef service; otherwise, the Basic Service Plan will be applied automatically.
